A Modular Approach
HOW IT WORKS 3 Easy Steps
1. PICK:
Look at the 36 Modules and then choose the package options, from the Pricing List, which most suits your objectives.
2. PAY:
Purchasing yourself? Pay on line and wait with anticipation for the Postman to deliver your welcome pack (Online confirmation will be received).
Is your organisation investing in you? Download the Invoice Authorisation Form, ensure it is completed and returned to us; then wait with anticipation for the Postman to deliver your welcome pack (Online confirmation will be received).
3. PARTICIPATE
Your Welcome Pack, confirming your membership number will provide all the information you need on how to engage with each module.A Calendar of Events is also included. As an overview:
Each Module - Week 1
From the first day of each month, you can download the topic and related task to that months modular theme. This download will have an overview and instructions on how to approach the module.
Each Module Week 2
A week after the first download, there is a Teleconference you can join to discuss the topic, questions for this can be logged up to two days before the Event.
Each Module Week 3
In the third week you can view a Podcast related to the module and also go online and log Feedback you might have, or queries which are outstanding.
Each Module Week 4
In the fourth week of each Module, you can go online and view an area called The Arena. The Arena is created to demonstrate how other people are approaching the topic and task; and shared Feedback which has been given is also available, with responses to any outstanding questions.
It is that straightforward and engaging.
If you are participating in Flying Colours thriving through change; you can choose whether you participate on selected, or all modules. You can participate because it interests you and you want to learn more; however in addition, you can decide to be more formal and work towards an accreditation.
As a guide, each module, including participation in the Teleconference, requires approximately 3 to 4 hours of investment a month. Of course that part is entirely up to you the more you invest, the greater your personal return.
Modules once completed, can be sent, in a group of three, to the Course Tutor for marking and specific feedback.
When you complete one Series - 12 modules (either Getting a Grip, Coat of Many Colours or Scream if you want to go Faster) you can forward your work to the Course Tutor for marking and, all being well, you will receive a Certificate in Change Management, related to the Series of Modules you have been working on.
Series 1 starts 'Live' in January 2009.
Series 2 and 3 go 'Live' in January 2010 and the 2010 Series 1 will recommence.
From January 2010 all three Series will run monthly, in parallel.
WISH TO COVER A PREVIOUS MODULE?
If you missed a module you are interested in and do not wish to wait until the next Live module you can access and complete the module using the Historic Module Option for the current year although it is not 'Live' you can benefit from all the input that has been captured and submit your work, if you choose to do so, in the normal manner.
